The true test of a branding agency isn’t what it creates in months. It’s what it delivers when there’s no time left. Just 48 hours before launch, the marketing head rejected the existing creative work for a new café inside a petrol station in Ahmedabad. The launch couldn’t be postponed. The brand had to be created immediately. We received the call overnight.

Our team was flown from Mumbai to Ahmedabad and began working directly on-site. There were no long presentations, endless revisions, or delayed approvals. Every decision had to be made in real time. Within days, we developed the complete brand identity, logo design, brand strategy, marketing collateral, and launch communication for the café, ensuring everything was ready before opening.

The brand was named N—a name inspired by the location and designed for modern travelers, commuters, and people always on the move. We created a clean, memorable logo and a contemporary visual identity that reflected speed, convenience, and quality. Beyond the identity, we designed the menu, retail branding, environmental graphics, signage, point-of-sale materials, and every customer touchpoint needed for a successful launch.
